Pawday Terms of Use

The app is licensed, not sold, to you. Your use is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/). If these terms conflict with Apple's agreement, these terms apply where the law allows.

Pawday is free to use with limits, such as the number of pets. Pawday Premium removes those limits through an auto-renewing subscription.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the same price unless we tell you otherwise.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings (Settings > your name > Subscriptions). Deleting the app doesn't cancel it.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
• You can restore past purchases with Restore purchases in the app's Profile tab.

Pawday helps you keep track of your pet's care. It isn't a veterinary service and doesn't give medical advice. Always ask a qualified vet about your pet's health. Reminders depend on your device's settings and may not always arrive, so don't rely on them alone for critical medication.

Your pet data is stored on your device, and you're responsible for keeping backups. See our Privacy Policy at https://pawday.otterspark.xyz/privacy.

Don't reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app, or use it to break the law.

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data stored on your device.

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the new terms.
