Pawday Privacy Policy

• You don't need an account to use Pawday.
• Your pets' profiles, care logs, health records, photos and notes stay on your device, except in your own iCloud or device backups.
• We collect anonymous crash and performance data so we can fix bugs.
• Subscriptions are handled by Apple and RevenueCat using an anonymous ID.
• We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for tracking or advertising.

Pet profiles, daily care, planner items, streaks, mood notes, vaccine and vet reminders, medication schedules, weight entries and pet photos are stored locally on your device, and in your own iCloud or device backups if you use them. We can't see them. If you delete the app, this data is deleted too, unless your device backup keeps it.

If you add a pet photo, Pawday asks for access to your photo library. Only the photo you pick is used, and it stays on your device, except in your own iCloud or device backups. Pawday doesn't use your camera.

When you create a PDF vet summary or a CSV export, the file is created on your device. It's only shared if you choose to share it, for example by email or AirDrop.

Reminders are scheduled locally on your device. You can turn them off in your device settings.

We use Sentry to collect crash reports, performance data and other diagnostic data, such as device model, OS version and app version. This data isn't linked to your identity and isn't used for tracking.

Payments are processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat to check whether you have an active subscription. RevenueCat receives your purchase history and an anonymous app user ID. We never receive your payment details. See RevenueCat's privacy policy at https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy.

Pawday isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them.

Because pet data stays on your device, except in your own iCloud or device backups, you control it: you can edit or delete it in the app, or delete the app. For questions about crash or purchase data, contact us.
